Margaux's Bookstore offers returns within thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date on most items. All returned items must be in the original condition. New books must be free from any markings, creases, or damage. For used books, we accept returns only if they are in the same condition as when purchased.
If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at support@z3nmargauxkelly.zendesk.com before proceeding with the return.
Items That May Not Be Returned:
1. Requests made after the thirty (30)-day return/refund window timeframe.
2. Used items that are not in the same condition as when purchased, and new items that have been used.
Processing Fees:
New items will be subject to a processing fee if returned. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and/or return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of Margaux's Bookstore's error. Shipping and processing fees previously paid by you are all non-refundable.
